Guided by Compassion, Grounded in Emotional Balance
Meet Carrie Love
My name is Carrie Love (she/her), and I earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in 2025. Through rigorous training and work with clients from diverse backgrounds, my passion for therapy has continued to blossom as I witness and honor my clients’ strengths and personal achievements. Within the therapeutic relationship, I view myself as a compassionate passenger alongside my clients while they remain in the driver’s seat. I believe each person already holds the strengths and abilities needed to move toward the changes they seek, and my role is to support, affirm, and honor that process. In my free time, I enjoy taking on creative projects, occasionally painting, exploring different cuisines, and researching the mind–body connection.
